Any way to see Tickets by OWNER within ALL QUEUES?
I've noticed that when I switch to ALL QUEUES I don't have the OWNER list that I woul dhave with individual queues.
I'm a full admin and have ownership rights (by label) to every queue. With that being said, we use multiple queues but we use a user named SERVICE LEVEL 1 for tickets that are service level 1, which is a ticket pool for myself and another, but we have to go to the individual queue to see that owner.
Anything I'm missing to see ALL QUEUES by OWNER?

In the meantime I've made a custom view to show all tickets assigned to Service Level 1.
And by writing a direct insert into statement, I've pushed this view unto another person, but doesn't seem "right"

We also had this same issue, plus we really didn't like working within the service desk "View By" dropdown so I created a custom site for the service desk using PHP, bootstrap, and highcharts.
