Automatically create service desk ticket
Hi Guys,
Is there any possibility to send email to KACE and automatically create a ticket on service desk?

Of course! When you configure a new queue you get an email address for the queue that you can change. You can also forward an existing email to the kace email and it will create a ticket in that queue.
