Capturing User State K2000: NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE

Hi all,

When trying to capture a user state from a computer, I always get the following error:

Host x.x.x.x - ERROR: Failed to open connection - NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE

I tried the following:

Capturing a user state based on IP

Capturing a user state based on Computername

Tried to capture user states from different computers

Tried to enter an other user/password used to capture the user state

Even restarted the K2000

I even tried to capture my own user state from my own computer. It's showing up perfectly in K1000.

Nothing works, I cannot at all capture a user state from any computer, regardless of the way I try.

Help...
