Changing service desk default ticket name - something other than TICK
Hi,
Does anyone know whether it's possible to change the default ticket name from [TICKnnnn] to something based on the queue name?

example: if i have a queue for monitoring alerts, and a queue for service requests, it would be great if they could be numbered/named as "ALERT:nnnn" and "SerReq:nnnn" ... that's what i mean. - cdmead 6 years ago
