How am I supposed to get support for our Desktop Authority product?
I desperately need to contact Quest support but every time I try to access their support portal, I cannot log in. Here's what I've tried so far:
I've tried signing up but it tells me an account with my email already exists.
I've tried the forgot password link. It says it'll send me a password reset email but one never comes.
I've tried signing up with a different e-mail address on a different domain. It says it'll send me an E-Mail but again, one never comes.
I've confirmed E-Mails are not being rejected or being marked as spam. The E-Mails just simply are never sent.
I've tried calling the support phone number but immediately got a voicemail. I left a message but never got a call back.

depending on when you tried to contact Quest and depending of your contract it is possible that you reached out during "closed day" (25th of december)

They are working for the local support (right now EMEA)
Regarding to your access to the support portal: just drop an email at supportadmin@quest.com to let it check and repair.
