KACE Service Desk query to get user information
Hello,
how can I get user information in my tickets?
I want to see an information from a customer defined field.
This is what I've tried but I din't get any results.

Hi Alexander,
the first of your custom field query does not make any sense, since you query the very same field.
Depending on WHAT you need in the field there are multiple options.
Since I have (right now) no clue what you want to report here (because the username would be "Feldtyp" Nutzer/User), it is hard to help you right now
