Create a Hibernate Shortcut in Windows

I tried to Create a Hibernate Shortcut in Windows by creating a shortcut on the desktop and type this on the location field C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState 0,1,0.
After doing this it should work perfect but to my dismay it is not doing what i expected. Can anybody make a suggestion?Your help is highly appreciated! Thanks!

I have windows 7. Will the top mentioned shortcut work for me? It doesn't actually specify which OS is being used.

It does say it's for XP; but it works for Vista and 7 as well, although it doesn't seem to be as smooth as 7 should be, but it's definitely effective.

To cblake, Thank you for that information. That's very helpful to know,
