Dell Latitude 5580 not seeing HD after imaging
This is my first go round with Kace and imaging software in general, so I apologize if this is a stupid question but I searched and didn't find much to point me in the right direction. We have a brand new laptop, Dell Latitude 5580 with Windows 10, UEFI. I set it up the way we wanted it, used the sysprep to prepare it, and captured the image.
When I deploy the image to another of the exact same model laptop, it will not see the HD to boot to it. It brings me to a Shell command when it attempts to boot to HD. Not sure if I'm just not preparing the image properly, of if I'm missing a step in the deployment process, or if I need to slipstream a driver for the HD (it's a class 40 SSD) in the OS. Any suggestions are appreciated.
UPDATE - Solved.
Updated the base image from Windows 10 Pro to Pro for Workstations, which supports NV media. This resolved it.
