Dell Updates Issue
For some reason, with a lot of our Display Driver updates, we are having an issue since, like shown below, the installed driver version already matches the catalog version, but for some reason. KACE thinks the machine needs and upgrade (note the up arrow), so it will sit there and try to upgrade it infinitely. Has anyone else ever seen this and have any ideas on it?

I only seen this with "Driver packs", where multiple drivers are in it.
(especially with video drivers, where a special physix-driver etc is bundled)
Then the INCVOL-Tool from Dell (which is used to detect and deploy drivers) thinks it needs to be updated since one of the drivers has an "outdated" flag (A05 instead of A06 would be a problem)
Sadly not much possibilities to do.
It may be a good idea to contact support that they can escalate your drivers (all affected) to Dell so they can fix it.
Alternatively you can use the Dell Command tool and check if it has the same issues (it will have since it uses the same logic and tool) and escalate it directly to the vendor.
(This is one step more for you but streamline the whole process, since Quest will go the same way)
