Empirum vs. KBox1000+2000
Hi All,
We are a small startup company with a medium number of SMB customers.
To provide better service and be more efficient we are trying to choose between Empirum by Matrix42 and Kbox by Kace. Empirum is much less expensive up front but requires more setup and allows more granular control. Kbox is ready "out-of-the-box" but costs much more and is not as flexible when wanting to change fields, add additional devices manually, etc.
Can anyone here share any other points of view or good/bad experiences with either product?
OR
If I am totally off-base with these 2 products, what should I be evaluating?
Thanks!
Jeromey
