Error:SMS Device Management requires Management Point

Hi all,

I am trying to deploy sccm client using Client Push Intsallation Method, but unable to do so. i found in event viewer that
it failed to do so stating that SMS Device Management requires Management Point. is there something i a missing out.

I have enabled/configured all the below things
Discovery methods
Set boundaries
Client Agents
Approval of configuration manager

For reference, the error is:
component SMS_SITE_COMPONENT_MANAGER on computer WIN-TVVFJMONTBH reported: SMS Site Component Manager failed to reinstall this component on this site system.
Solution: Review the previous status messages to determine the exact reason for the failure. SMS Site Component Manager will automatically retry the reinstallation in minutes. To force SMS Site Component Manager to immediately retry the reinstallation, stop and restart SMS Site Component Manager using the SMS Service Manager.

AS mentioned in the solution, the service is up and running.

I started the service mentioned, besides that Under ConfgMngr Console-> System Status->Site Status, you will see the error if any detected (there were many components marked red in my case) so i queried the related components
using Configuration Manager service. Now i am able to deploy client on Server but unable to do so on client machine
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
