Exchange 365 and K1000
All,
We just recently migrated to 365 and have been struggling to get the automatic Help Desk ticketing to function. Have not been able to find any good step by step instruction for v6.0.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried this article? http://www.kace.com/support/resources/kb/solutiondetail?sol=114347 Please update if this does not work 6.0 but I suspect it should.

However, the Root and Reporter emails do not send as they're coming from root@kbox-name and reporter@kbox-name.
Even if it's kbox.valid-domain.com, it won't accept 'root' and 'reporter' as valid accounts.
Sure would be nice if the user, or even support, would change the aliases file to specify what email those should come from. - nseery 9 years ago
