Force a date/time in K1000 help desk
Hey everyone.
Looking to force a certain due date or time based on a selection from a drop down.
Basically, we have a certain option - option B - also we have a date and time selector, and when option B is selected, we want the submitter to have to choose at least the next day or 24 hours from the submitting hour/time.
Is this possible to do in Kace?

Unfortunately KACE doesn't currently support that kind of conditional logic. Head over to the UserVoice forum to vote up this functionality. http://www.itninja.com/link/k1000-uservoice-feedback-forum
You may be able to write some ticket rules to simulate this functionality on ticket save. Others here might have some similar use cases and configurations.
