Help creating a custom ticket rule to email all info
I'm tring to get a custom ticket that will email me when a new ticket is created. I already have the CC'd email working, but it doesn't have any info listed in it.
What I want emailed when a new ticket is created is the same inforamtion that would be emailed if i click on email when I view the ticket.
