How to set a defult (view by) for the Queue within the tickets tab in service desk.
I can not find the answer so i thought id ask,for the most part every time someone logs into the Kace and goes to service desk the queue for Telecommunications comes up as a default for some reason. Now if an employee is always using the Telecommunications queue that wount be a problem, but when there are 4 more queues they shouldn't have to click the view by every time to see their tickets. So my question, is there a way to change this default view by?

1) Login using either http://kbox/adminui (Admin) or http://kbox/userui (User) 2) Navigate to the page you want to appear after initially logging in and bookmark it (or just copy the address). For example, if I wanted to see my third queue after logging in, I'd use this: http://kbox/adminui/ticket_list.php?QUEUE_ID=3 3) Have others use the bookmark(s)/link(s) you provide and after logging in they should go directly to that page.
