I am trying to remote into my users dell laptops running Windows Vista but it's not working.

I am using the remote desktop manager through the company server, I've entered the ip address of  the host machine and it doesn't connect. I realize that inthe vista machines you have to 'right click' computer and manage the features that may not be turned onbut I checked that already.

Is this a Home Premium, Starter, or other "limited" version of Vista? You can't control those machines with remote desktop. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Connect-to-another-computer-using-Remote-Desktop-Connection
