K1000 Backup Setting Change.

Hello,

I have some KACE Alerts i need to send out a specific time at night.  Our KBox currently backs up at 2am.  I'm under the settings for backup but how do i change the time or shut the backup off for the night.  I'm currently using Kace 5.5.90548

(Revised after researching archives for 5.5 version)
this is possible see the other answer I posted with the screen shot of the user manual.

If possible I would upgrade to 6.3 to be ready to install 6.4

6.4 when it is released this fall, makes changes on the backups.  They take a minute or two now vs an hour prior.

  • even in 5.5 (which is no more supported) you can change the backup settings under Settings > Backup.
But I fully agree with you regarding the 6.4 (but the error messages regarding the backup
are annoying if you update ) - Nico_K 9 years ago
    • been only getting that backup error with every version change that occurred while applying the patches/hotfixes till that nights backup ran. - SMal.tmcc 9 years ago
