K1000: Multiple ticket designs in a process
I'm new to the K1000 and trying to create a workflow or process. Is it possible to have more than one ticket design in a process. Where the child tickets design would look different than the parents design?

If it is in the same queue no you can't but if the child is being created in a different queue then it uses that queues setup for its choices. - nshah 11 years ago
