K1000 Service Desk: Time Closed Field

So if a ticket is reopened and then closed, would the TIME_CLOSED value change to the new time that it was closed? In other words is it the most recent timestamp for when a ticket was closed?

yes, the time closed stamp will update to the "last time the ticket state was changed to closed"
