The question is to close a ticket automaticly after 10 day.State of the of the ticket most be"wate for succesfully closing ?How can do this.

Good Morning Rolf,

You need to create a custom ticket rule, but as far as how to do it one of the other users here will have to donate some SQL code to accomplish the task.

I would actually use one of the built in rules that KACE provides.

OverdueClose

Create a Wait for Successfully closint" 

give it 10 days 

and change status to closed.
