KACE2000- Copy Driver Failure for new Optiplex 7440 Systems

Hello All, 

I'm experiencing a strange issue when deploying our image on new Optiplex 7440 systems. During the deployment everything works fine, but then errors out at the Copy Drivers task. The reported description is the system cannot find the file specified. If i select retry failed task it will start the DISM driver injection and completed happily. 

How can i go about diagnosing this issue? I do have the 7440 driver feed installed and the strange thing is this worked fine in December.  The K2000 is running: 3.7.120251. This error is only isolated with the specific model other units such as Optiplex 9010, 9020, 9030 AIO's work without a problem.

  • Have you tried, from the drivers feed menu, to uninstall the driver package and then install it again?
