AMD 6990 card rates 7.6 on Windows 7, but my AMD card 6950 rates 7.9

my problem is that i have amd 6990 card but its rating on windows 7 just 7.6 and i have an other card 6950 its rating on windows 7 7.9

i think 6990 performance poor then 6950

You could have an overclocked version of the 6950.  Possibly with faster GDDR RAM.  I have had a similar experience with a 6870 and a 6890 that I have.
