need K1000 helpdesk report showing all tickets with comments AND Worknotes
were fairly new to kace and need some guidance.
In this example, I want to be able to produce a report that shows all tickets worked on in the last x days. I want to show all information about the ticket (submitter, owner, ticket details, dates created, modified, comments AND worknotes, as well as custom fields I have for branch / dept, etc.) I want to be able to dump into csv and schedule it to send to me every week where I can sort and filter by any field.
Where do I start please? the wizard cannot come close to creating what I need and im fairly decent with SQL, but just need some direction. If someone already has this out there, id love the query already built! ;-) Thanks!
