Newbie : clean install (extended mix)
Hi guys & gals,
Better learn from the best, or so they say ;-) This is not a professional question, but a problem that's been bugging me for a while now :
I'm using Windows XP, and I install and uninstall a lot(!) of third party applications. So, after a while my system gets so cluttered I need to reformat my drive and reinstall my OS, and all the other drivers & utils, which is a real drag...
My question now is : how can I "automate" this installation in an affordable way? I don't use a network/server, so ideally I would pop in a bootable CD or DVD, and the whole installation of the OS & other apps. would be done unattended.
Thanks for any feedback!
