Systems Deployment

We received a Dell Optiplex 5030 and need to image it through Kace with our Windows 10 image. When running PXE boot off of IPV4, it will get an IP address then start downloading, however after a few seconds, the machine goes to a Dell "Scan Assist" page where it starts running a hardware diagnositic.

Any idea what might be causing this? I feel like the Bios options are probably incorrect, does anyone have specific configurations they use with the Optiplex 5030?
