remote imaging
I have been hunting all over looking for an answer to this:
I.T. is based in Charlotte...Branches all over NC and SC. We are currently working in 98 but are deploying xp soon. When we upgrade to XP we will be physically in each location so we can make whatever modifications to hardware are necessary.
What I would like to do is put a copy of the XP image on a second partition on the hard drive. If a user messes up the computer (spyware etc) We can set the computer to reboot and automatically reimage during boot. This is very easy in the 98 environment by simply adding the ghost command with all of the appropriate switches into the autoexec.bat file.
Does anyone know how to do this in XP?!?!?!?!?!
