Scripted Install - Windows 10 1709 - Cortana

During the 1709 scripted installation Cortana interrupts and asks to "Choose privacy settings for your device" this halts the install and waits for a response. (Would also like to silence Cortana while she checks for updates.) Does anyone know how to bypass this step? Add something to answer file?

I use nircmdc.exe to mute the volume during the install and un-mute it afterwards:

nircmdc.exe mutesysvolume 1

As for the "Choose privacy settings for your device" bypass, I'm not sure but I think you need to create a package using "Windows Configuration Designer" for this:

OOBE > Desktop > HideOOBE - True

And export the package and use DISM to mount and add it to your install.wim
