Service Desk - Change Color of Text in Custom fields
Hi,
Is there a way to change the color of text in custom fields? How about changing the color of a label for a field such as changing the color of "Category"?
Thanks.

Not sure if this will help but checkout www.kacedashboard.com for customised views of your KACE helpdesk data - Hobbsy 11 years ago

This sounds like a nice enhancement for the K1000 since I'm not aware of any way to actually do this since we can't make back end changes to the GUI at this time. You can go to http://kace.uservoice.com/forums/82699-k1000 where you can search for requested enhancements and help vote them up or see if they are in the pipeline already. If you don't find a possible enhancement you can put in your own idea. Hope this helps

This doesn't solve the problem within Kace, but you might consider using the mysql functionality and build your own dashboard/ view of the service desk. We did this as we wanted to look at multiple queues, different columns, and have a nice dashboard roll up. Take a look at http://www.itninja.com/blog/view/twitter-bootstrap-for-kace-service-desk
This just requires a LAMP, WAMP, or MAMP server to run, and a connection to your kbox.
If you need help with the implementation let me know. - Jbr32 11 years ago -

I was just thinking the same thing. I wanted to change the status field color. Green for new status and red for closed, orange for open and such. - Jetcity 9 years ago
