Service desk queues and different time zones?
Hello,
I have a my K1000 in my Main office data center, I have several Remote locations in different time zones each with there own Service desk queues. is it possible and if so how, when a ticket comes in (usally by email) that the queue reflects the current local time for ticket open/close ect.

If you are good with MySQL, in reports you could change the time..etc but the KBOX today can only be in one timezone. - nshah 10 years ago
