KACE Product Support

Is this possible?!  I want a drop down list made from a query: select* but the list gets a bit large and am hoping to add the filter portion to this single select.

Is there a way to write in the filter or a way to get a single select + without having to write "WHERES" into the query itself?  (FYI I want a user drop down single select field but with 200 employees I want the FILTER option.  I cannot use the KACE defined USER (which comes with the filter) as I do not want users labels as DEPARTED EMPLOYEES populating my list.)
