Universal restore disk
Ive been asked to create a restore disk for a small Computer company making one off's is there anyway of making a restore (OS oem stuff from a standard build) so that they dont have to ghost every single pc the make?
What software would make one of these?

By disk... i assume you mean HDD, and not disc... as in cd or dvd?
If they want a HDD to clone, with a hardware copy unit.
Build up image, then run sysprep.
Make sysprep turn the machine off, then disconnect the hard drive.
Read up on sysprep on MS site for more info.
I guess the legality of this is abit dodgy as ur accepting eula for your clients.
If you mean a DVD that reinstalls the OS or runs a repair install... then this is a different kettle of fish.

Great pre-made solutions you can fairly easily modify and customize to your environment. ALternatively, if you dont find one you like there, I have a great one I've melded together from years of butchering other boot disk ideas and adding my own little parts :) just PM me if you are interested.
And no, its not a sales gimic. :) The only thing it will cost you is time to modify it to your needs.
