Updating video drivers
After imaging a Latitude 6440, there are X's on some pages when viewing in IE. After updating the drivers for the Intel GPU, it fixes the problem. Is this a matter of waiting until the driver feed has the new version? If we want to fix this on our machines, can we update the driver feed from the default, or do we need to setup a post install task to fix it?

You could manually update the driver in the feed. Go to the driver feed share (\\yourkbox\drivers_postinstall) and add it in.
You can run this script from the model machine in question to learn the correct feed path. You can add drivers from machines other than Dell this way as well. As long as the patch matches correctly any sub folders will be included in the feed when your k2 does it's imaging.
\\yourkbox\drivers_postinstall\feed_tools\driver_feed_discovery_tool.vbs

I like the idea of replacing the old drivers with new one, but I didn't know which files to replace. Looks like the driver feed discovery tool is what I need to do the hard work. - srober99 9 years ago
First of all create a post-installation task to fix the problem and then I'd suggest to open a support to make the engineers aware about the issue.
