You create the buttons in control panel - general settings - machine actions.

As Smal says, you can add it as a machine action. Just figure out how to launch it from the command line and use it in the machine action. You can then use KBOX variables for IP or hostname. Post it here if you have trouble. - jknox 11 years ago

I've tried
C:\\Program Files\\ScreenConnect Guest Service (62bdcc61e410df64)\\Elsinore.ScreenConnect.WindowsClient.exe KACE_HOST_NAME
no success. I'm not finding the right exe or redirect to launch the application. - ckubaska 11 years ago-
my guess is the passing of the ( ) are the problem in the path name - SMal.tmcc 11 years ago

Got it to go to the web page. It's a java based app so the machine action gets pointed to the http:\\nameofserver:port - ckubaska 11 years ago

in 5.4, on the inventory list, you will see the actions drop down instead of icons. The good news is this means you can create many actions where you have 2 actions/ icons before.
But in any version "machine actions" is searchable in the documentation (http://www.kace.com/support/resources/documentation) and will yield how to configure and use them.
