When booting UEFI USB, how can a SDA scripted installation be automatically selected without the hta? How can the hta folder be accessed?

The hta launches the deployment client page to manually select the scripted installation. How can the scripted installation be automatically deployed?

  • Automated Deployment is not good for new installations since the MAC doesn't exist in KACE. - egholm52 6 years ago

You could try to book the mac address, for a scripted installation job.

That is part of the Automated Deployments.

Now, I believe Automated Deployments are for machines using their NIC to iPXE.
Because the Automated Deployments module, will look for the NIC's MAC address, and if there is a scripted install booked for that one, it is going to launch it on it's own.

I bought a bunch of USB ethernet adapters and input the MAC addresses into my automated deployment. They are only used for that unique image.
