xp problem
Hi I am unable to pull and image form a machine remotely. I think I might have a problem with permissions. Does anyone know of a problem like this perhaps relating to xp service pack 2?

XpSP2, unless controlled by GPO will have the fire wall enabled preventing any external un-initiated comms replying.
To confirm this try pinging the client machines. If they respond then the FW is off, if not check the FW.

thanks for that James. The firewall is turned off and I am also getting the same problem with non sp2 problems
