PROBLEM:
You upgraded recently to 5.4 version of the K1000. Before you upgraded, the problem did not exist.
When you click the View By > Owners in the Service Desk module of the help desk, the user names there are not what should be there.
SOLUTION:
There is a new feature for each user to have their own Default Queue which can be set under each user's account.
Adjust this accordingly to resolve the issue.
Lets pretend I don't know what that means and please elaborate. I have some people who can see this list of names and others that cannot, no matter what default queue they set. - dhatt 11 years ago
