Adding Additional Tabs Within Request Form Template(s)

New KACE/Community user; thank you in advance for any guidance you can provide, and best wishes to you and yours. My apologies if this has been covered elsewhere; I'm unable to locate another post that covers this particular variation of 'tab customization', may be a breakdown in my KACE vocabulary...
Within the helpdesk request form I note ('Comments', 'History', and 'Work') tabs. Can one introduce additional tabs to this template element e.g., Test Plan?

Unfortunately, you can not modify / add additional tabs to this UI.
You can submit a feature/enhancement request here.
