Agent not Checking in With KACE 11.0
We just upgraded our SMA to version 11.0, and updated all agents to 11.0.19. I am finding that with this new version of SMA, in order to install the agent on a new device, you have to use a token. I created a token in teh SMA and installed the agent with that token, but the device will not check in, as it is not finding the url of the sma. Has anyone else seen this issue?

I am having this issue with computers that are on Windows version 1909. If the computer is first on 1803, 1809, or 1903 and the agent is installed and checks in, then upgrading the computer does not break the agent. But if I have a computer that begins it's life at 1909, the agent will not check in.
