Booting railer

I have an Inspiron 5559,   The System BIOS is 1.2.1 ,  /service Tag is G8SYPC2, ePSA Build 4304.09 UEFI ROM.

It says "Operating System Loader signature not found in SecureBoot database ('db').  All bootable devices failed Secure Boot verification.

How do I fix it?
