Bug SMTP ? KACE SMA v13.1.79

After updating my KACE SMA appliance v12.1.169 to v13.1.79, I am having a problem with sending email from my queues.
On v12 in Network Settings, I checked the "Enable SMTP server" box and entered my internal SMTP server name and Port 25. Everything works fine, emails queues are indeed sent from the e-mail address corresponding to each queue, via the O365 SMTP and an O365 account.
On v13, impossible to use the same configuration.
First difference: in the Network Settings, there are two checkboxes:
- Enable SMTP local server (incoming)
- Enable SMTP remote server (outgoing relay)
I activate both boxes, then I enter the address of my local SMTP server and Port 25 (identical in KACE SMA v12). I do not change anything in the messaging settings of my queues. But unable to send e-mail. When I consult the LOGs, I have the following message: "SMTP error from remote mail server after pipelined end of data: 530 5.7.57 Client not authenticated to send mail."
To test, I entered the O365 SMTP server in Network Settings:
Server : smtp.office365.com
Port : 587
Login: O365 account
Password: O365 account password
And it works!
Emails are sent with the correct email address, from each queue.
In my opinion, this is a bug. Because normally the SMTP parameter of the queues must override that of the System, am I right?
Am I the only one having this problem with v13.1.79 ?
