CIR not working properly

Hi

I created two CIR for (x86 & x64) but many machines are not successful, not sure why below rules are  not executing although I have selected correct OS.
how can i check reasons for not executing below CIR

ShellCommandTextReturn(cmd /c dir /b  "C:\Program Files\IBM\Notes\Data\workspace\.metadata\.plugins\com.ibm.collaboration.realtime.login\*.xml")

ShellCommandTextReturn(cmd /c dir /b  "C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\Notes\Data\workspace\.metadata\.plugins\com.ibm.collaboration.realtime.login\*.xml")

  • Is this a CIR that will return all the contents of an XML file?? or Are you looking for something else? - Channeler 7 years ago
    • im trying to get the file name and its working but say some 500 machines are not able to read the file while 800+ machines have successfully inventoried . - rahimpal 7 years ago
  • There must be something in common, if it works for 800 devices, the rules are fine...maybe they are not checking in... or they don´t even have the software listed?.

The KAgent.log file for one of those machines (assuming is inventorying fine) should provide some answers...
It is located somewhere inside this path:

    C:\ProgramData\Dell\KACE\ - Channeler 7 years ago
