email notification is not received after updating the K1000
Hi
earlier when i created tickets I use to get notification that create has been submitted, but i dont get any notification when i create ticket.
I updated the K1000 to latest patch version 7

This is caused by the 7.0 database changes which split up user information into different tables. See these questions:
So your "Location" information is no longer in the table 'USER' but the table 'USER_FIELD_VALUE'. If you're not using the submitter location in your notification email, however, you could simply delete the line "U2.LOCATION AS SUBMITTER_LOCATION,"
