Error on Apply Image task when booting to new KBE environment
I created a new KBE environment, because we had to add new WinPE drivers for our new model.
Any time I boot to that environment, and try to deploy an image, the job fails at the Apply Image task.
If I boot to the old environment, with a different machine, that task runs fine.
The error I receive gives me the return code 4294967295 and error description "Unknown error".
Has anyone seen this before?

You most likely downloaded the 1809 adk to make your boot. You need to stick to the 1803 ADK till 6.1 goes GA. MS made changes in 1809 that Kace has to adapt to. If you need drivers that are not in the 1803 boot.wim you will need to inject with dism prior to making your KBE
Are you deploying a WIM image of a K-Image or performing a scripted install?
Before running your workflow, can you use the command prompt to make sure that the c: drive is visible? - chucksteel 6 years ago
