How can I block external users from sending helpdesk emails (Opening Tickets) in KACE 1000, SMA
I have been experiencing lots of spam help desk tickets opened outside my company email address.
I have unchecked the box for "Accept email from unknown users" still i receive spam emails.
Please Suggest.

Depending on what type of mail engine you use, it is possible to specify that the Kace email account allow only emails from within your company. Exchange and Office 365 have this feature. - Druis 6 years ago
