How can I restore my K1000 back to yesterday
I cleaned up some users and deleted one that I should not have. I need all this tickets back to the way they were including parent tickets.

hopefully you have backups. You need to restore your last full (k1_base) then any incrementals (k1_inc) that are after it.
suggestions:
I would do a current full before attempting to give you a roll back to current if something goes wrong.
I would change the IP of the SMA temporarily to keep users and devices from connecting while you do this operation, it will take some time to complete and you do not want your data updating till you have restored completely.
