How do I remove a device from inventory and block it from reappearing?
We have remote locations that can be sold, an we sometimes do not have the opportunity to remove the kace agent. We no longer have access to these devices, but they keep checking in. Is there a way to delete them from the inventory and keep them from reappearing?

The only way is to uninstall the agent.
You can also use the appliance to do so:
Run an online script like that:
Run "$(KACE_INSTALL)\AMPTools.exe" and use the paramewters -uninstall.
If this has been done you can MIA (Inventory|Devices|<choose action>|MIA) the device or simply delete them.
