How to supress "Installing Managed Software"
Is there a way to suppress the "Installing Managed Software" message while the computer starts up?

I don't believe there is, no, but without it, the install would still take place and your users would be looking at what they would percieve as a blank Desktop. Guess what they'd do next?

Yes you can turn that off, you can make the change on the machine or in group policy if that is where it is enabled.
Go to:
Computer Configuration>Administrative Templates>System>
Under system look for: "Verbose vs normal status messages"
This should not be enabled if you do not want to see the Installing managed software message.
