Can a task be added to task scheduler via KACE ?

I'm new to Kace and Need to deploy a batch file to pc's to launch on login

In Scripting, you could do an On Success > Ru a Batch file...

This is probably best done as a script, whereby you can attach the batch file as a dependency and select to run the script pre logon
