In Adobe Premiere, can I take a standard duration effect, such as a 30 frame dissolve, and create a new duration, say 10 frames, and save it for use in other projects? How do I change a duration of an effect and save it as a new effect? Thanks.

All of my effects are at a default duration of 30 frames. I want to take a dissolve, or even a dip to black, and change the duration to say 15 frames or even 10 frames and then save it as a custom effect with the new duration for use in future projects. In other words I don't want to have to keep applying the effect and changing the duration manually.

This has nothing to do KACE or IT as a whole for that matter. With that being said, you can just edit the properties of the effect. I believe the duration is the only editable item for effects in Premiere.
