Systems Management

Has anyone faced this problem before? I have created an administrative install of my application. When the install is run manually on a pc it workes perfectly, but when software is deployed through a per computer group policy it reports as assignment & installation successful but the executable is nowhere to be found.

I have posted this elsewhere but havent had any responses.
Thanks in advance, I'm at a complete loss....
